Refund & Return Policy:
Applicable to Baby Fit & Lady Fit Products

At Nusluk, we take pride in providing high-quality personal care products under the Baby Fit and Lady Fit brands. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality for all our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

• Baby Fit: diapers and wet wipes
• Lady Fit: sanitary pads made from bamboo material

Exceptions:

• Only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or product damage during delivery may we offer a replacement.
• Any such request must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence of the issue.
